VoIPTrainer is a self-teaching, end-user training solution for Cisco IP Telephones and handsets.
whereby users can access training modules at their leisure for a number of Cisco IP handsets that is streamed down to the user either via the PC or directly to the Cisco handset (if capable).
VoIPTrainer can be offered either as a hosted service, or as an internal intranet-based option for Enterprises who prefer to own their own training modules. VoIPTrainer offers a cost-effective method of providing training and updates to new users of the Cisco Call Manager system.
