The MTVM platform is Linux based, and sits alongside - and in synchronisation with - UC Manager to offer multi-tenant capability for CM releases 5.x and 6.x., offering a full Cisco UC Manager featureset plus a number of additional SectorSix applications such as Call Recording, Multi-level administration, Meet-me Conference Server, Voicemail, Advanced Billing/SMDR features & a suite of the IP productivity applications.
Sixserver : offering an identical approach and application featureset to MTVM but in a non-multitenant environment, Sixserver offers a cost-effective approach to businesses looking to expand the functionality of their Cisco Call Manager to add applications such as Call Recording, Voicemail and Conference Server.
Sixserver is an ideal Enterprise/SME offer for Call Manager customers who wish to expand the featureset of Call Manager/UCM with the additional features provided on the MTVM platform. Offered as either as a software-only solution or as a ready-to-go server solution, Sixserver offers advanced features such as Call Recording, Multi-level administration, Meet-me Conference Server, Voicemail, Advanced Billing/SMDR features & a suite of the IP productivity application priced on a per-user basis.
VoIPTrainer : VoIPTrainer is SectorSix's unique training delivery platform for Cisco handsets, whereby users can access training modules at their leisure for a number of Cisco IP handsets that is streamed down to the user either via the PC or directly to the Cisco handset (if capable).
VoIPTrainer can be offered either as a hosted service, or as an internal intranet-based option for Enterprises who prefer to own their own training modules. VoIPTrainer offers a cost-effective method of providing training and updates to new users of the Cisco Call Manager system.
